estuaries, rivers, streams and lakes, the Florence/Mapleton
area is a birdwatchers dream. This environment provides the
setting for unique bird watching opportunity. Over 40 established
trails provide easy bird watching opportunity or one may meander
through your own path saltwater estuaries or freshwater lagoons
or walk the boardwalk on “Lagoon Trail”. Some of
